Frequently asked questions

What people ask most about pricing, the modules, setup and data security. If yours is not here, ask it in the form below.

Pricing and payment

  • How is the price decided?

By the modules you choose, your number of active employees and your number of locations. Up to 10 employees is a flat price; above that a tiered discount applies.

  • What happens if my headcount changes during the year?

The invoice is recalculated each month from your active employees. If the number falls, so does the next period's price — no penalty and no commitment shortfall.

  • Is there a monthly payment option?

The default subscription is monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Pay annually and two months are waived.

  • How do the contract and invoicing work?

The contract is signed digitally and the e-invoice reaches you at the start of each period. Payment terms can be discussed for corporate procurement.

  • What happens to my data if I cancel a module?

Your data is not deleted, it becomes read-only. You can export it for 12 months after cancelling, and if you switch the module back on you carry on where you left off.

  • How does pricing work?

You are billed monthly on the modules you use and your number of active employees. Setup and support are included, and we ask for no card details during the 14-day trial.

Modules

  • Can I use just one module?

Yes. The modules work independently, so you can start with attendance alone or expenses alone and switch the others on as you need them. A module added later builds on the data you already have — there is no second setup.

  • Can I add and remove modules later?

Yes, in any month. A module you add builds on the employee records you already have — there is no second setup — and one you remove stops being charged from the next period.

  • Do the modules use the same employee record?

Yes. An employee is defined once, and leave, expenses, attendance and assignments all attach to that record. You never enter the same data twice.

  • Which modules work in the mobile app?

Clock-in, leave, advances, expense claims, purchase requests and vehicle requests all run from the phone, and approvals can be moved along there too.

Setup and integration

  • How long does setup take?

One working day. The account is created and shift and overtime rules are defined the same day; a few hours later employees start clocking in from their phones, and your reports run from the next day on.

  • Can we bring our existing employee data across?

Bulk import runs from an Excel template, and there are ready-made import files for the common payroll and ERP systems. Our team does the first import with you during setup.

  • Will it integrate with our payroll and ERP?

There are ready-made export files for the common payroll and ERP packages, and everything else connects over the REST API. Our team does the integration with you during setup.

  • What do we need to get started?

A work email address and your employee list. There is no server, no installation and nothing for IT to do: once the account is open you import the list from an Excel template and we define the shift and approval rules together.

  • Do employees need training?

The employee side is a handful of screens for clocking in, leave and expenses, so no separate training is needed. We run one session for managers during setup and follow it with short videos in the help centre.

Data, security and trial

  • Where is our data held?

All data is held in data centres in Türkiye and processed under KVKK. Backups run daily, access is logged, and you can export everything you hold whenever you ask.

  • What is open during the trial?

Every feature of the plan you pick, unlimited, for 14 days. We ask for no card details, and the trial does not roll into a paid subscription on its own.

  • What happens to our data when the trial ends?

The trial does not roll into a paid subscription on its own. Carry on and your data stays exactly as it is; stop and the account becomes read-only — you can export it for 12 months and ask for it to be deleted at any point.

  • Who can see what, and how are permissions set?

Permissions are role-based: an employee sees only their own record, a manager sees their team, and HR sees the locations and modules you assign. You can edit the roles yourself, and every access is logged against the person who made it.
