  • Can pool vehicles and assigned vehicles be managed together?

    Yes. Pool vehicles are assigned on request; dedicated vehicles stay assigned to a person. Both appear in the same report.

  • How do pickup and return work?

    Mileage is entered and photos taken in the mobile app; return works the same way and the two records are compared side by side.

  • How do inspection and insurance reminders work?

    Notifications go to the responsible person ahead of the expiry dates on the vehicle card, by the lead time you set; overdue vehicles are flagged in the list.

  • How are fuel costs recorded?

    From the expense module with a receipt photo, or in bulk by uploading the fuel-card statement. Every record attaches to a vehicle and a driver.

  • Can traffic fines be matched to the driver?

    Yes. The fine’s date and plate identify who was driving at the time, and the fine is recorded against them.

  • Does it integrate with vehicle trackers?

    Mileage and location can come from common tracking systems over the REST API; we set the integration up with you during onboarding.
